How it works

  1. Sign up at console.footstep.ai — your account is credited with £5
  2. Make API calls — usage is metered per request at the rates above
  3. Top up your balance when you need to, or enable auto-recharge
MCP tool calls are billed at the same rate as the underlying API endpoint.

Billing details

  • Usage is tracked per API key and deducted in near real-time
  • When your balance reaches zero, requests return 402 Payment Required
  • Set up auto-recharge in the console to top up automatically
  • All prices exclude VAT where applicable
